Dear Friends

The general Election is over and with your help we obtained more votes than any other Republican has ever obtained in the 75th District. Thank you so very much for your support.

As a member of the State Republican Executive Committee and I intend to continue to provide oversight to the what the Texas House and Senate do in the upcoming legislative session
.

Historically El Paso has been under represented-that is to say trivial bills have been passed to improve El Paso or its people. We still have a great deal of work ahead of us. Please help me hold our elected officials accountable and continue to ask tough questions about your representatives and you will come to the same realization as I.

1.    What has he done?
2.    When did they do it?
3.    Is your life better for what they did?
4.    Is El Paso or Texas a better place for the contributions they made?

We are at a pivotal point in El Paso when leadership has never been more important. After serving in the United States Navy for 20 years, I turned my attention to improving the lives of others as an educator. My values reflect a devotion to God, duty, honor and country. After serving around the world and witnessing areas of strife, it deepened my commitment to these very principles and ideals.

I ran upon listening to the people speak of the “brain drain” and how few opportunities exist in El Paso. I have heard first hand from some very prominent individuals almost a rally cry. El Pasoans need a person who is more engaged in people’s lives, will demand transparency in government spending and decision-making, and more inclusive discussions. We must commit ourselves to fight for principled solutions to tough challenges and work to implement a clear vision for better schools, lower taxes, more jobs, and a brighter future.

I pray that you will place the candidate who you know in your heart will do a better job because El Paso will never assume a prominent State role until your representative’s issues become yours and I will work diligently to ensure that.  Thank you for all your support!

 May God Bless You

"I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked
in  this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond
with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:

"I served in the United States Navy."

President John F. Kennedy

Chief, United States Navy (Submarines) , (Retired) 1979-1999
